Laxmi Prasad Devkota is great poet of nepali history. He was born in 1966 kartik 27 at Dillibazar Kathmandu . Laxmi Parsad devkota was respected from many prizes some of they are great poet prize, post office ticket publication prize ,trivuwan prize etc. He had take a educational level of MA in English as well as BA and BL too. Similarly his first article was published in Ashad 15,1993. Laxmi Prasad devkota had wrote many poem sector some of they are Putali, Bhikari, Sunko Bihani, Chhahara, Gaine Geet, Nawaras etc as well as Sabitri, Satyawan, 

Sakuntal,katak,Maina,Bon Kusum are the famous article of Laxmi Prasad Devkota . However his most famous art fact  is Muna Madan which published on1992 “Hatako Maila Sunako Thaila ke Garnu Dhana Le Saga Ra Sisnu  Kayeko Besa Aananda Man Le.” This Is  the renowned poem line which wrote by Laxmi Prasad Devkota .

Laxmi Prasad Devkota was a new design for nepali literature sector . He was specially subjective essay writer /author where as ‘pahadi jiwan ‘ is also subjective essay . Devkota was professional from various sector the are . Nepali language  publication committee,chairman of nepali literature assembly, editor of yug bandi, education ministry etc. He was also drama writer in that time. At last the great poet laxmi Prasad devkota is not with us. He was passing way in2016 B.S bhadra 29 at aryahat . He is not with us but his article is immortal for us.
